On Tuesday, Mogo/RSU recorded an emphatic 8–3 victory over Riga Prizma in an Optibet Hockey League (OHL) away match. Ernests Krūms and Deivids Sarkanis each scored twice for Mogo/RSU, while Kaspars Ziemiņš, Māris Bičevskis, Reinis Lejnieks and Gatis Sprukts added one goal apiece.
The game was held as a charity match, with donations and toys collected in support of the Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Kārlis Mežsargs started in goal for Mogo/RSU, while Prizma entrusted their net to Jānis Auziņš.
