Latvian women’s national basketball team captain Anete Šteinberga played her 100th game for the national team on Saturday, 15 November. She has become the thirteenth player in the history of the women’s national team to reach the “100-game club.”
Since her debut on 27 May 2012, Anete has participated in four European Championship final tournaments and the 2018 FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup, each time recording the team’s highest efficiency rating.
